Ms. Otten has been with Invenergy since 2005 and is responsible for wind development in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas & Arkansas. Currently, she manages a development portfolio in excess of 3,000 MWs in the ERCOT and SPP regions. Since joining Invenergy Ms. Otten has helped to bring 690 MWs of wind projects online in Texas.

Prior to joining Invenergy Ms. Otten served as General Counsel for a Texas-based wind power developer where she oversaw the development and sale of over 700 MWs of wind energy projects in Texas and New Mexico.

Ms. Otten serves as the Texas Committee Chair for The Wind Coalition (www.windcoalition.org) and directs Invenergy’s Texas initiatives. She has 10 years of experience in the wind industry.

Education: JD from the University of Texas School of Law; B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin; licensed to practice law in Texas; member of the Texas State Bar.
