Mr. Levy is responsible for corporate accounting, human resources, information technology and process improvement for the company and its subsidiaries.

He has more than 25 years of accounting and financial management experience, specializing in partnership and LLC accounting. Prior to joining Invenergy, Mr. Levy was the controller for two finance subsidiaries of Calpine. Mr. Levy also served as Regional Controller for the Northbrook, Ill., office, fulfilling the same role he had at SkyGen as controller.

While at Calpine, Mr. Levy was responsible for all accounting and cash management for two major portfolios consisting of 23 power plants funded by $3.5 billion in borrowings. While at SkyGen, he was responsible for the accounting for more than 20 projects in various stages of development, construction and operation.

Prior to joining SkyGen, Mr. Levy worked six years as controller for a private real estate syndicator managing a portfolio of more than 100 partnerships, LLCs and S-Corporations that owned more than 190 properties valued in excess of $500 million. Mr. Levy was also a vice president and worked eight years for a public real estate syndicator and property management company with a portfolio consisting of 15 commercial properties and land and buildings underlying more than 100 sale-leaseback properties.

Education: MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois; BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois; Certified Public Accountant.
