Kris Zadlo
Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Transmission
 

Mr. Zadlo, who has nearly 20 years of experience in the electric power industry, oversees Invenergy’s national and regional commercial activities pertaining to transmission and regulatory affairs. He is responsible for managing technical assessments, market design initiatives, tariff filings, ISO/RTO market integration and developing near- and long-term regulatory and transmission strategies for Invenergy.

Prior to joining Invenergy, Mr. Zadlo was employed with Calpine Corporation for eight years as Vice President of Transmission. He also worked for Commonwealth Edison Company of Chicago as Technical Studies Director. At ComEd, he worked with General Electric to develop and install the world’s first commercially viable trailer mounted turbine generator. He held various management positions in strategic analysis, transmission planning, generation planning and operations during his 10 year career with ComEd.

Education: MS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University; BS in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute, cum laude; Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois.
