Mr. Frerker is responsible for engineering support of
Invenergy’s wind and natural gas operating projects and development pipeline.
On the development side this support can include everything from layouts,

energy estimates. The operations side is focused on optimization of the assets,
performance and condition monitoring, and problem troubleshooting. With
Invenergy since 2004, Mr. Frerker has had some involvement in nearly every
project built in that time. Prior to joining Invenergy, Mr. Frerker was a thermal
performance engineer for Calpine. His responsibilities included the
testing and monitoring of the thermal performance of a fleet of gas fired
generating assets. Mr. Frerker performed similar duties as a combustion
turbine engineer for Westinghouse, and a consultant for McHale and Associates.
Prior to graduate school he worked for automotive parts supplier T.G.(U.S.A.) as
a manufacturing engineer. Mr. Frerker has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from
Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and a MS in Mechanical
Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. |
