Mr. Wood is responsible for identifying and executing power sales, energy hedges and renewable energy credit transactions throughout the United States and Canada.

He has over ten years of energy industry experience with responsibilities including power and gas marketing, business development and asset management.  Previous industry experience includes positions with Progress Energy Ventures and InterGen North America, predominately focused on marketing energy products to utilities, cooperatives, and municipalities.

Since joining Invenergy in 2007, he has closed long-term power sales and energy hedges for over 600 megawatts of wind generation and almost 400 megawatts of gas fired generation, as well as numerous renewable energy credit transactions.
