Invenergy LLC, a developer, owner and operator of renewable and natural gas power generation facilities, is seeking Solar Developers to help grow the company’s portfolio of solar energy projects.

 The Individual will be responsible for identifying and contracting strategic sites for solar development, initiating and managing generation interconnection activities, overseeing project design, community outreach, directing state, regional and local permitting and approval processes, and providing energy marketing support .

Required Qualifications:

Comprehensive knowledge of energy field, with emphasis on renewable energy, including technologies, regulatory policies and markets. Applicants should possess an advanced degree in engineering, science, economics, or related field or equivalent experience. Project management skills and experience; excellent public contact, negotiation, and speaking abilities; and strong quantitative, analytical, and research skills are required.

Other skills or requirements include:

·         A BS or BA from an accredited college program and at least 3 – 5 years in progressively responsible experience in the energy/utility market  sector

·         Strong organizational, networking, managerial skills

·         Strong  leadership skills

·         Familiarity with electricity transmission and renewable energy credit policies
